QBC Return Policy
QBC gladly offers all customers full satisfaction guarantee for all retail orders within 14 days of the initial order. QBC must be notified via email or phone before or on the 14th day for us to process the return. Customers are then responsible for paying the shipping cost for the product back to QBC HQ. A 15% restocking fee will be taken out of the return amount if packaging is damaged or lost. Returned products must be received at the QBC HQ within 14 days of the return request. QBC will then process the return within 7 days of receipt. All wholesale and promotional orders are final.
QBC Trade-In Policy
In instances where customers mistakenly picked wrong colors or have a change of heart, QBC offers one trade-in of any size within 30 days of the initial order. Trade-Ins must be of equal value if wishing to change between product lines. Customers are then responsible for paying the shipping cost of the products to QBC HQ. Upon receipt, QBC will ship out the trade free of charge.
